Come relax, reflect and reset for an hour-long sound bath at Monarch Yoga Kensington. Using a variety of instruments including crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and voice, sound baths at Monarch Yoga create an immersive experience that supports you to set intentions and focus energy into the areas of ourselves most in need of openness and healing.
