Cancellation & Event Policies
Things happen. We get it. Life is always life-ing. To help us provide a meaningful experience for all clients and to honor our time, we respectfully request that you observe our 48-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellation Notice - 1:1 and Couples Sessions
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us to offer the time to other clients.
Late Cancellations - 1:1 and Couples Sessions
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Call No-Show - 1:1 and Couples Sessions
Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.
Why do we charge a fee?
Late cancellations and no-shows impact our schedule and clients waiting for appointments. Fees help compensate for lost time and necessary scheduling adjustments.
Private Event and Workshop Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the cost of your private sound healing event or workshop will be due at the time of confirmation to hold the time slot. The remaining 50% of payment is due on the day of the event.
Private Event and Workshop Cancellations
Private events and workshops cancelled with 7 or more days notice will be refunded the full amount of your 50% deposit. Private events and workshops cancelled with less than 7 days notice will be charged the 50% deposit to compensate for lost time and scheduling adjustments.
Corporate Event and Workshop Policy
A signed service agreement is required for all corporate bookings. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: sara@undercurrentsound.com. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
How to Reschedule or Cancel
Please email: sara@undercurrentsound.com to reschedule or cancel your appointment, event, or workshop. Wednesday appointments at Wake Wellness can be managed through our online booking system. Please note: Messages sent via social media will not be accepted as cancellation notices.
Late Policy
To ensure you receive the full benefit of your session, we recommend arriving on time for your scheduled appointment. Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time in order to accommodate scheduling.
Emergencies and Extenuating Circumstances
Life is unpredictable. We know! If an emergency arises, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate with flexibility and empathy.
Illness
If you are not feeling well, we ask that you stay home to ensure your safety and ours! If you develop symptoms within 48 hours of your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by email. We understand that illness can happen unexpectedly, and we will waive late fees for illness-related cancellations as long as they are communicated in a timely manner.
Event Rescheduling or Cancellation
If we need to reschedule or cancel an event, workshop, or appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible.
You’ll have the option to:
Receive a full refund for your event/workshop deposit
Apply your event/workshop deposit to a future rescheduled date
Reschedule your 1:1 or Couples session for an alternate date
