Welcome in the spring equinox with sound and presence.

Jenny from Barefoot Community Acupuncture will provide acupuncture treatments for every participant focusing on the winter season.

Sara will play a 60-minute sound bath while you rest during your treatment to bring you to a space of deep rest, relaxation and settling in to the beginning of spring and all that is growing with reverence and introspection.

After your treatment, gentle sound will be played as you slowly move from the experience back to the space.
